АНУ-ын Нью-Йорк хотноо энэ сарын 12-нд НҮБ-ын Ерөнхий Ассамблейн 76 дугаар чуулганы 32 дугаар бүгд хуралдааны үеэр болсон Олон улсын эрх зүйн комиссын 2023-2027 оны гишүүний сонгууль боллоо. Сонгуульд Монгол Улсаас анх удаа нэр дэвшсэн УИХ-ын гишүүн Ц.Мөнх-Оргил ялж, гишүүнээр сонгогдсон байна.
Энэ комисс нь НҮБ-ын хүрээнд олон улсын эрх зүйг хөгжүүлэх, системчлэх, олон талт конвенц, зарчмуудыг боловсруулах, зөвлөмж гаргах үүрэгтэй юм. Тэрбээр Олон улсын эрх зүйн комиссын гишүүнээр сонгогдсоноор олон улсын эрх зүйн чиглэлээр мэргэшсэн шинжээчдээс бүрдсэн, байнгын бус ажиллагаатай байгууллагын жилд нэг удаа болох хуралдаанд оролцоно.
Тус комиссын сонгуульд нийт 48 улс 34 гишүүний суудалд өрсөлдөж, манай улсын харьяалагддаг Ази, Номхон далайн бүлгээс Энэтхэг, Япон, БНСУ, Кипр, БНХАУ, Тайланд, Вьетнам зэрэг найман улс, Африкийн орнуудын бүлгээс Сьерра Леон, Сенегал, Кени, Кот д’Ивуар, Египет, Марокко, Алжир, Буркина Фасо, Бүгд Найрамдах Ардчилсан Конго зэрэг есөн улс, Зүүн Европын орнуудын бүлгээс ОХУ, Румын, Латви зэрэг гурван улс, Латин Америк, Карибын орнуудын бүлгээс Чили, Эквадор, Бразил, Аргентин, Перу, Никарагуа зэрэг зургаан улс, Баруун Европын болон бусад улсын бүлгээс Норвег, Португал, Итали, ИБУИНХУ, Австри, Шинэ Зеланд, Франц, Турк зэрэг найман улсын нэр дэвшигчид 2023-2027 онд ажиллахаар сонгогджээ.
