УИХ-ын сонгуулийн 18 дугаар тойрогт нөхөн сонгуулийг 2021 оны долдугаар сарын 9-ний өдрөөс эхлэх, санал авах өдрийг 2021 оны аравдугаар сарын 10-ны өдөр байхаар уг тогтоолын төслийг боловсруулжээ.
Мөн энэ үеэр УИХ-ын 18 болон 28 дугаар тойрогт явагдах нөхөн сонгуулийн зардлын хэмжээг батлах тухай хэлэлцсэн байна.
Ерөнхийлөгчийн сонгуулийн үр дүнгээр УИХ-ын 76 суудалд нэг ор гараад буйд нөхөн сонгууль явуулах тухай асуудлыг УИХ-ын Төрийн байгуулалтын байнгын хорооны хурарлдаанаар нь ийнхүү хэлэлцсэн байна. Тэгвэл УИХ-д дахин нэг суудал эзгүй байгаа нь хотын дарга Д.Сумъяабазарын аваад-орхисон суудал юм. Эдгээр хоёр суудалд нөхөн сонгууль явуулахад 2.2 тэрбум төгрөг зарцуулахаар тогтоолын төсөлд тусгажээ.
Ээлжит бус болон нөхөн сонгууль зохион байгуулахтай холбогдон гарах зардлыг Улсын Их Хурал тухай бүрт нь баталж улсын төсвөөс санхүүжүүлэх, зардлыг Засгийн газрын нөөц сангаас гаргахаар зохицуулсан байдаг. УИХ-ын сонгуулийн 18 болон 28 дугаар тойрогт явагдах Улсын Их Хурлын гишүүний нөхөн сонгуулийг зохион байгуулахтай холбоотой улсын төсвөөс санхүүжүүлэх зардлын хэмжээг 2, 287, 344, 090.0 /хоёр тэрбум хоёр зуун наян долоон сая гурван зуун дөчин дөрвөн мянга ерэн/ төгрөгөөр батлахаар тогтоолын төсөлд тусгажээ. Харин улсын төсвөөс санхүүжүүлэх зардлыг Засгийн газрын нөөц сангаас гаргахыг Засгийн газарт даалгахаар тусгасан байна.
